Case is freezing up, crashing, or patient isn't loading

i-Human is a cloud-based program. Freezing up, patient not loading, or crashing is usually caused by a slow/no internet connection or a local computer issue.  
 
Try one or more of the following to see if this resolves your issue:
  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Check your internet connection to verify you have at least a download speed of 4 Mbsp. Test your speed at www.speedtest.net to verify your speed, see below for more information.
  3. Make sure your computer's operating system and browsers are up-to-date.
  4. Reset your internet modem and router by unplugging both for 10 seconds then restart your modem first, after it restarts completely, restart your router. 
  5. Close out of any other programs while you are working on your case to see if this resolves your issue.
  6. Try accessing your case on another device to see if you have the same issue.
  7. Try accessing your case on another internet connection to see if you have the same issue.
  8. Try accessing your case on another device and internet connection to see if you have the same issue.

Testing your internet connection and speed:
  1. Open a browser window such as Google Chrome.
  2. Go to www.speedtest.net (speed test is hosted by OOKLA).
  3. Click the BEGIN TEST button.
  4. When the test is completed, it will show your upload and download speeds.  The               download speed should be at least 4 mbps.
    • Low Speeds/No connection:  If you do not have a connection or the speed is low, please contact your Internet provider or find another Internet connection with faster connectivity.
    • Normal Speeds/Good Connection: Check your browser for updates.
