Where to get help - Help Resources

Welcome to i-Human patients by Kaplan! We have many resources to help you become familiar and navigate your cases. Please see some of the resources listed below that you will want to explore as you become familiar with playing cases.
  1. Easily select your program type by clicking on the icon.
  2. If your school requires you to activate a coupon code, you can do so by clicking on the "Activate" button in the upper right corner.
  3. Find answers to many of your questions using the link to your support center below the support desk hours.
  4. Support hours are posted on your homepage.
  5. Submit a support ticket
  6. Test your computer and browser compatibility by clicking the "prerequisites" link.

*How to identify your case configuration
  1. Click the play button (green button with a white arrow) to the left of your case name. 
  2. When you arrive at the case Start/Resume page, locate the configuration at the top of the page. i.e. Basic DDx or H&P+Dx
